DREEMS Foundation Inc is a non-profit organization that was founded in Glen Allen, Virginia to address the transition of youth aging out of foster care and others in need of mentoring. We are a dynamic initiative, that works to keep those we interact with from the vices that often entice youth. Serving the Richmond, Henrico and Petersburg communities we offer an inclusive program of mentoring program, life skills, and independent living  catered to educate the future’s best and brightest.
